Q) How far in advance should I book you?
A) As soon as you have a confirmed wedding date, like other quality providers I do get booked up very quickly.
Q) I am getting married in 2011 when should I book?
A) As soon as you like. I already have bookings for 2011.
Q) Some photographers photograph 2 or 3 weddings a day. Do you?
A) No. I couldn’t give 100% attention to your wedding if I was thinking about what time I would have to dash off to the next one. I wonder how you would feel if there was a delay on wedding 1 and you were wedding 2.
Q) Is your wedding service insured?
A) Yes. I carry full public liability insurance.
Q) Do you provide a written contract?
A) Yes. I feel a contract is vital. This is signed when the deposit is received. We both have copies.
Q) Do you do a pre visit to the wedding venue/s?
A) All venues are checked out shortly before your ceremony making sure that any changes are noted.
Q) Will you be photographing throughout the service?
A) Some Vicars/ Registrars do not allow photographs to be taken at the ceremony; this is also checked out by me.
Q) Do you belong to any recognised trade organisation?
A) Yes. I am a registered member of Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers (SWPP). Please feel free to check on their website www.swpp.co.uk
Q) Why did you choose to use the particular albums you offer?
A) Simply because I believe they are second to none for quality.
Q) Why don’t you do only one wedding package?
A) Different brides have different requirements. If I did just one package you could end up with less or more than you wanted.
Q) Can I add something to the package?
A) Yes, of course. If the wedding package does not contain all you require just ask and I can tailor it to suit and giving you a quote accordingly.
Q) Do you carry back up equipment in case of emergency?
A) Yes. I can’t leave it to chance.
Q) Can our friends buy gift vouchers?
A) Yes gift vouchers are available in denominations of £5.00, £10.00, £20.00, £50.00, £75.00 and £100.00.
Q) When I book you can I be assured you will photograph my wedding, or will you send someone else
A) You will get me. I don’t use subcontractors.
Q) What about deposits and balances?
A) I require £250.00 is non refundable (should you cancel) as a deposit to secure the booking. The deposit is then deducted from your final wedding package cost. The balance is then payable eight weeks before your wedding day. (Please note your day is only booked with me when your deposit has been paid)

A) By bank transfer or cheque is preferable. Making cheques payable to B Mitchell.
